Living above ground brings a feeling of space even when the square footage is minimal. To add luscious color we used Tuffenkian rugs and gold swivel chairs. Artwork enhances the atmosphere and adds a level of sophistication. To infuse fun the powder room was upgraded with sconces, florals and an iron mirror.

This is a home that wanted to be historic - living with the antiques and furnishings passed down through generations. We added silk linen draperies, reupholstered soft furnishings and rearranged art. The results are amazing.
